Integration: Day 1
Here you will find your daily practice and reflection to assist with your DMT integration.

PRACTICE 1: BODY SCAN
Take a few moments to gently scan your body. You can do this lying down or seated in a chair. Really try to switch off from your daily distractions (e.g., find a quiet spot, put phone in other room etc.) and allow yourself to tap into your body.
What do you notice? How does your body feel right now? Feel free to use words, doodles, colours to express your experience.
You can use the Body Scan (11.5 minutes) from the UNITy Preparation Course as a guide.
