Here you will find your daily practice and reflection to assist with your DMT integration.

  • PRACTICE 6: SELF-LOVE MEDITATION

    Today’s practice will be a seated Headspace self-love meditation. This will take around 11 minutes.

    Guided Meditation: A Meditation for Self-Love

    1. How did you feel immediately after you finished the Self-Love Meditation?

    2. What did you learn about yourself during your DMT experience? How did your experience change the way you feel about yourself?

    3. If a close friend had a similar DMT experience to you, what would you want to say to them to help them make sense of their experience? What feelings come up when imagining this?

    Optional extras:

    1. What are some changes to your physical environment that you’d like to make? Some ideas could be writing affirmations on mirrors or post-its, buying a plant that serves as a reminder, creating a small altar to host objects that are sacred to you, putting up some candles or incense, etc.

    2. What are some changes to your digital environment that you’d like to make? Is there anything you’d like to declutter on your computer or phone? Any people you’d like to unfollow? Any apps you’d like to delete?
