Here you will find your daily practice and reflection to assist with your DMT integration.

  • PRACTICE 7: COOL DOWN MEDITATION

    Today’s practice will be a seated Headspace ‘cool down’ meditation. This will take around 10 minutes.

    Guided Meditation: Cool Down and Get Peace of Mind

    1. Did anything ‘come up’ for you during the Headspace meditation that felt particularly intense or meaningful today?

    2. Think back to some of the insights you made either during or since your DMT experience. What would help you to honour these insights and integrate them into your everyday life?

    3. What actions, small and large, does your DMT journey inspire you to take, in the areas of:

      1. Your Relationships?

      2. Your Community?

      3. Your Work/Career

      4. Your Self

    4. What support can you ask for from family, friends, or professionals? Is there anyone who might be able to help you process your emotions?
