Integration Toolbox

Below are some further techniques to help manage any difficult feelings or thoughts that come along in the days, weeks, or months after taking the DMT. These might be especially helpful if you notice your mind disconnecting from the present moment and being pulled back to challenging aspects of the DMT experience. The techniques below will help you to re-focus on the present moment and remind yourself that you are safe.

You can also look back to some of the strategies you learned during the Preparation Course (e.g., the 4-6 breathing, guided meditation, guided body scan). These can help you to manage any challenging emotions or thoughts that arise after your DMT experience too.
